Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences.
What counts as an AI minute?
An AI minute is any time the AI is actively on a call with a customer. If a call lasts 2 minutes, that uses 2 minutes from your plan. Unused minutes do not roll over.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are up and running within 30 minutes using our guided setup wizard. This includes menu configuration, AI voice setup, and phone number assignment.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial for all plans. A credit card is required to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
What POS systems do you integrate with?
We currently integrate with Square and Clover, with orders syncing directly to your POS in real time. More integrations are coming soon.
