We do not record or store audio recordings of calls unless separately disclosed.

  • Call Metadata: Call duration, timestamps, and call status for service quality and billing purposes.
  • Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, and device information when accessing our website or dashboard.

  • Service Providers: We use Twilio (telecommunications), OpenAI and/or voice AI providers (AI processing), Square/Clover (POS integration), Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement) to deliver, measure, and improve our services.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain order, call metadata, and call transcript data for up to 12 months for service quality and business purposes. Account information is retained for the duration of the account relationship plus 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
